article VII: Disciplinary Policy
Section 1: If a non-Presidential Executive Board member is found to not be fulfilling their responsibilities as outlined in Article IV of the Constitution,
i. At the first offense the President, after consulting with the Executive Vice President, must have a conversation with the Executive Board member regarding their job concerns and duties. There will be written document stating that this conversation took place, but no information concerning the content of the discussion will be released. The rest of the Executive Board will be notified that this conversation took place.
ii. At the second offense, the President must consult the Adviser(s) regarding the Executive Board member's performance. There will be written documentation outlining exactly what the job responsibilities of the position are and what is not being fulfilled. The offending Executive Board member must meet with the Adviser(s) to discuss strategies for performance improvement.
iii. At the third offense the Executive Board member is removed from their position and is not eligible to rejoin the Executive Board until the following term.

Section 2: If the President is found to not be fulfilling their responsibilities as outlined in Article IV of the Constitution,
i. At the first offense, the Executive Vice President must consult the Adviser(s) regarding the President's performance. There will be written documentation outlining exactly what the job responsibilities of the position are and what is not being fulfilled. The President must meet with the Adviser(s) to discuss strategies for performance improvement.
ii. At the second offense the President is removed from their position and is not eligible to rejoin the Executive Board until the following term.
